Working alongside a leading international architectural practice, Regeneros provided sustainable design consultancy services for IKEA's 21,000 square meter new retail store at Sabhan Mall, Kuwait.
The project integrated sustainability considerations throughout the design process, supporting the delivery of a high-performance , energy effficient retail environment aligned with international best practice.
The project's achievements include achievement of LEED Certification under LEED V4 ID+C, including an Innovation point from the United States Green Building Council for Comprehensive Composting and flexible design strategies allowing the retail store to reconfigure its spaces with ease : saving both costs and associated environmental impact related to reconstruction and related modifications.

Regeneros contributed sustainable design expertise to the development of a 64-bed specialist paediatric hospital in Kuwait, supporting the creation of a healthier and more sustainable healthcare environment. Regeneros worked with premier architectural firm , Gulf Consult, to create a project blending playful , child-centric aesthetics with sustainable design principles promoting patient recovery , staff health and wellbeing as well as energy efficient systems and services.
The project's high-quality, patient-centred design incorporating sustainability principles aligned with LEED v4 Healthcare requirements,was the recipient of the 2025 International Architectural Awards under the Best Hospital Design Category .
